Beyond Care Haven was created to provide safe, compassionate, and empowering support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Donations made directly to Beyond Care Haven help strengthen our programs, support our residents, and prepare for future growth. Donations are voluntary and are used to support program enhancements and resident-focused initiatives as permitted.

Resident enrichment activities and life experiences

Skill-building and independence-focused programs

Staff development and specialized training

Community engagement and inclusion opportunities

Preparation for future group home expansion as licensing and approvals allow

This is not a role for those seeking convenience or “just a job.” It is purposeful work for individuals who understand the impact of what they do.
